A reasoning engine built for medicine.
General chatbots weren't designed for health. AIMedics is. Under the hood are four layers that work together to be helpful, honest about uncertainty, and safe by default.
1 · Health-tuned reasoning
Modern language models guided by curated clinical knowledge and structured question flows, so the conversation follows the logic a good clinician would – not a search engine.
2 · Safety & escalation layer
Every response is scored for risk. Red-flag patterns trigger immediate escalation to human guidance and emergency instructions – the AI can't "talk you out of" seeking care.
3 · Transparent confidence
AIMedics shows what it considered and how sure it is. When the honest answer is "I don't know, see someone," it says exactly that.
4 · Privacy by design
Your health thread is encrypted and yours. We're building AIMedics so we can't sell it, mine it for ads, or share it without your say-so.
An AI that's engineered to escalate.
The most important thing a health AI can do is know when to get out of the way. Ours is built to spot danger and hand off – fast.
- Red-flag detection for time-critical symptoms (chest pain, stroke signs, severe bleeding, and more).
- Hard limits – no prescriptions, no definitive diagnoses, no talking anyone out of care.
- Emergency routing to 911 guidance and the nearest appropriate care.
- Clinician-in-the-loop handoff whenever confidence is low or stakes are high.
Boring, on purpose.
The unglamorous parts are the ones that keep people safe.
These describe how AIMedics is being designed during development. AIMedics is not yet a certified medical device and is not FDA-cleared; independent validation and formal compliance are part of our pre-launch roadmap.
