Safety & trust

The honest part, up front.

Health AI only earns trust by being clear about what it is – and what it isn't. Here's exactly where AIMedics helps, where it stops, and how we protect you.

What AIMedics does
  • Helps you understand symptoms and decide on a sensible next step.
  • Explains results and terms in plain language.
  • Escalates urgent situations to human guidance and emergency instructions.
  • Keeps a private timeline you control.
  • Hands off to a licensed clinician when it matters.
What it never does
  • Never gives a definitive diagnosis.
  • Never prescribes or recommends specific prescription medication.
  • Never discourages you from seeking care.
  • Never replaces emergency services – always call 911 for emergencies.
  • Never sells your data or shows you ads.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is AIMedics a doctor or a medical device?
No. AIMedics is an informational AI health companion in development. It is not a doctor, not a medical device, and not FDA-cleared. It does not diagnose or treat conditions and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified clinician, and call 911 for emergencies.
Is AIMedics available yet?
Not yet. AIMedics is pre-launch and in active development. Join the early-access waitlist to get priority access and product updates when it goes live.
What will AIMedics never do?
It's designed to never prescribe medication, never give a definitive diagnosis, and never discourage someone from seeking care. When symptoms look urgent, it escalates to human guidance and emergency instructions instead of trying to handle it alone.
How is my health data handled?
Privacy-first: your health thread is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we design the product so we don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Data handling is being built to align with HIPAA standards ahead of launch.
What should I do in an emergency?
Don't use AIMedics for emergencies. Call 911 or your local emergency number immediately for chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, or any life-threatening symptom.
